Our Mission Statement | The Bluegrass Rape Crisis Center strives to eradicate sexual assault and abuse by promoting individual and community empowerment through education, training, and therapeutic healing. BRCC also endeavors to provide comprehensive services to all rape victims and rape awareness prevention education to the entire community.
The Bluegrass Rape Crisis Center (BRCC) is made up of people with diverse backgrounds, skills, and philosophies who are united by a commitment to end sexual violence.
While striving toward the long-range mission of eliminating sexual violence, BRCC provides comprehensive services to all victims and awareness education to the entire community. Service Area
The Bluegrass Rape Crisis Center serves the 17-county Bluegrass Region. We have offices located in the following communities: Lexington, Cynthiana, Danville, Frankfort, Georgetown, Nicholasville, Richmond, and Winchester.
