Counseling Groups

Next group begins February 1st

The Bluegrass Rape Crisis Center will be offering a nine-week psycho-educational group for adult survivors of sexual assault or childhood sexual abuse in the Lexington office. Topics include:

• Coping skills
• Self-care
• Relationship issues
• Managing traumatic stress

The group will run nine Mondays (February 1st through March 29th, 2010) at the Lexington location of the Bluegrass Rape Crisis Center. The time is to be determined.
