Counseling Groups

The Bluegrass Rape Crisis Center offers a nine-week psycho-educational group for adult survivors of sexual assault or childhood sexual abuse in the Lexington office. Topics include:

• Coping skills
• Self-care
• Relationship issues
• Managing traumatic stress
