If you or someone you know has been affected by sexual violence, you can find help and support at the Bluegrass Rape Crisis Center. Free and confidential services are available:

  • Toll-free 24-hour hotline (1.800.656.4673)
    Counselors are always available to provide support, information, education, and referrals.
  • Medical/hospital advocacy
    A BRCC counselor can meet you and your loved one in the hospital emergency room to provide support through the medical process, help obtain needed medical information, and provide referrals as necessary. Upon request, we will also accompany you and your friend/family member to a personal physician for services related to a sexual assault.
  • Legal advocacy
    Upon request, we can accompany your loved one to court hearings, provide support, and act as an advocate by helping her or him to navigate what can sometimes be a complicated and confusing legal system.
  • Counseling
    Face-to-face individual and group counseling are available for anyone impacted by sexual violence. Click here for information on groups.
